INVITATIONS · RSVP TRACKING · AUTOMATED REMINDERS

Gather OS

Your party, perfectly planned.

Gather OS sends each family their own private invitation, tracks every RSVP, allergy, and headcount in one place, and sends reminders on your schedule, so you can enjoy the party instead of managing it.

Free to start. No credit card required.

What it does

  • Envelope-style invitations guests open on their phone, with your own flyer or design
  • One-tap RSVPs with no app or account needed for guests
  • Headcounts, kids' names, allergies, accessibility needs, and notes collected automatically
  • Live dashboard showing who viewed, who's coming, who declined, and who hasn't answered
  • Invitations and reminders sent by text, on the schedule you choose
  • Add to Google, Apple, or Outlook calendar, gift wish list links, and downloadable invitations
  • Add guests anytime, even after the first invitations go out

Who it's for

Gather OS is built for anyone hosting events: event planners, birthday parties, family celebrations, wellness gatherings, workshops, and community events. If you've ever lost an RSVP to a group text or forgotten to follow up with a "maybe," Gather OS is for you.
